Shipping & returns
Made to order, so lead time starts once artwork is approved. Ships from Rockford, Illinois.
Customized pieces can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or the etch doesn't match the approved proof — in either case we remake the order.
Bulk orders / corporate
Orders over 288 pieces are quoted directly and scheduled on the production calendar. Multi-location decoration, custom packaging and drop-shipping to a list are all available.
